Did you have a minimum? 

We do! Our minimum for on-site installation is $1,000. Inquire here for an exact quote!

Yes, as long as the client pays the travel fees.

How much time do you need to set up?

The time needed depends on the design and services needed, but most events can be completed within 2 hours. All balloons will be fully inflated upon arrival. This is helpful with venues that have a smaller setup timeframe!

How long will the balloons last?

The latex balloons are coated with a glue that extends the life of the balloon from 18-48 hours, sometimes even multiple days. Balloon installations last anywhere from 1 day to 3 months depending on the conditions. Helium is very sensitive to extreme heat and cold, meaning that the lifespan of your balloons could be effected by the temperature of your house or the weather outside.

Do you charge installation & Breakdown fee?

We do! Installation, and breakdown fees are calculated on top of your total balance before taxes. The installation fee is 15% of your balance (not on delivery fee or taxes).

WHEN SHOULD I BOOK MY EVENT?

It is in everyone's best interest that you book your event as soon as you can! However, specifically, the best time to order is when you have secured a venue that you would like us to decorate.

DO YOU OFFER FREE CONSULTATIONS?

We do! Phone consultations are available at no charge. On-site consultations may be requested for $200 prior to booking or after by appointment only. The on-site consultation allows for 1 hour in which venue rules, design, and color options will be discussed. Additional travel fees may apply.

Are you insured?

Yes, we have full liability insurance for all of our services.

Do you deliver + set up the bouncy house and ball pit?

Yes, we handle the delivery, setup, and pick up for all of our equipment.

Do you sanitize your equipment prior to every rental?

Yes, all of our equipment is fully disinfected and cleaned. We take hygiene very seriously! We clean every rental item after they are returned and prior to delivery.

Where can bounce houses + ball pits be set up?

Space must be leveled. Suitable surfaces can be grass, concrete, asphalt, wood deck, and indoor. We do not place them on sand, gravel, or dirt. 

How do I pay for my decor?

For your convenience, payments can be made online via HoneyBook using a valid credit card or your bank account. Otherwise payment is to be made by cash, Venmo or Zelle.

What's your cancelation policy?

Once your event is booked, that time slot is reserved for you and supplies for your event are ordered. We understand that life happens and things do not always go as planned. We offer a cancellation credit honored for a period of 1 year toward your rescheduled event. 

How long do balloons last outdoors?

Balloons used outdoors are not guaranteed to last any specific amount of time as the sun, heat, wind, rain, etc., affects the lifespan of the balloons.

What type of balloons do you use?

100% biodegradable latex balloons as well as mylar foil balloons. We use the highest quality balloon available.

Do you offer payment plans?

 Indeed! We sure do, payments plans are available and can be divided into up to 3 payments depending on the event date.

Do you charge for mock-up designs?

Mock-up designs are a complimentary service for booked events.

Can you install 2 days before my event?

Yes, if the event is held indoors, we can install it as far as a week away from the event.
